We lovingly make traditional scotch eggs using top quality and often homemade sauasgemeat to encase a perfectly boiled egg before smoothering it in a double coating of crumb.

To enhance this British beauty, we also use different flavours of sausagemeat and add various other flavours and textures to bring you a whole new taste sensation
